Finch -

Mixed-Use Development

Located in the newly adopted Loggers East Neighbourhood plan area in Central Squamish, Finch is one of the first developments proposed in the area. The project consists of mixed uses including: rental, commercial, hotel, and is anchored by a childcare centre. This project will require preload prior to building construction, and must meet step 4 of the energy code for residential uses.

Project scope

  • Development Management services, including applying for Rezoning and Development Permit

  • Project management of site preparation & offsite works to support the installation of Temporary Childcare facility.

Permits obtained:

Demolition, Temporary Use Permit (Interim Daycare), Soil deposit & Tree Cutting Permit, and Service Agreement

 

Raven

- Townhouse Agri-hood

Located in central Squamish, the Raven Townhouse Agrihood is a unique residential project proposed by Rivertown Properties. The proposal includes low-density multi-family uses and lands allocated for farming and public open space. Typically, an agrihood is a planned community that integrates agriculture into a residential neighborhood. The purpose is to integrate food cultivation and processing with outdoor green space, providing recreation and opportunities for community building. The buildings must meet step 4 of the energy code and will require preloading prior to construction.

  • Project management of site preparation & offsite works.
